I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff here were super friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal, close to both Manhattan and Brooklyn, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the shops and restaurants nearby provided plenty of options for shopping and dining. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from and always well-stocked until 10 am. I also appreciated the attentive staff who explained the rewards program to me thoroughly, making me feel valued as a guest.

While my stay was mostly excellent, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could be improved upon. the elevators were slightly slow, and one was out of service for a couple of days, causing some delays.

the staff were welcoming and always ready to assist, even providing a fridge upon request. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the generous breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, and the location was excellent. returning to the hotel felt like coming home after a long day.

The water flow in the shower may need improvement, but this did not take away from the overall experience.

The Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown was an excellent choice for our stay in New York. The double room provided was perfect for comfort and size, even for the four of us. The linens and ironing facilities were a nice touch, and the private bathroom with free toiletries was a convenient addition.

The overcrowded breakfast area. There was absolutely no room to sit, and the space ended up being too small for the number of guests trying to eat in the morning.

During my Xmas stay, the breakfast was good with a variety of options. the location was convenient to tourist attractions and restaurants. From my window, I had a nice view of the city skyline.

The room was not up to my expectation as it felt small and outdated. the staff was not helpful in resolving my concerns about the room.

However, noise from the street and neighboring rooms was a major downside, hindering a peaceful night's sleep.

The free hot breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering everything from hearty hot items to light, continental favorites. It felt like being at a lavish brunch party, with the added benefit of fueling up for a day of urban exploration.

The herringbone wood pattern added flair to the place. Treadmills with skyline views were my gym perks. Grab a night snack at the warm bar. It's near all the cool spots in town. Next stop: Europe! Can't wait to snap the Eiffel Tower!
